NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE STATE PRIMARY ELECTION TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2024

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF BELLEVILLE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of the City of Belleville, State of Michigan, who is not already registered may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated State Agency. Registration to vote can be completed online at Michigan.gov/voterregistration. Physical forms can also be obtained at the City Clerk’s office.
Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Tuesday,
July 22, 2024.

After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (per MCL 168.492) at the City Clerk’s office, located at 6 Main Street, Belleville MI 48111 as follows:

•Regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
•Election Day, Tuesday, August 6th from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Qualifications for registration are:
•Applicant is at least 18 years of age
•City of Belleville resident for at least 30 days prior to the date of the election
•United States citizen
