Unfortunatley, VICTORY STATION is no longer accepting rentals at this time.  We  will resume accepting applications for use after our renovations are completed.  Check back for the exciting improvements that will be made to this historic building.

Do you need a place to hold your family reunion, baby shower, birthday party, bridal shower or simply a meeting place?  Check out historic Victory Station at Five Points in downtown Belleville, located at Victory Park.

With heat and air conditioning adjusted to your comfort level, and two bathrooms, Victory Station can be used year round for your event.  The City of Belleville provides tables and chairs to accommodate up to 50 people.  There is a small utility sink and cabinet with supplies.

Please note:  there are no appliances inside Victory Station.

The City has a tiered pricing fee schedule for renting the building, as follows:

  • $20 per hour for City residents (i.e. those who have a 3-digit mailing address, with a few exceptions)
  • $40 per hour for non-City residents

(rental fee does not include exclusive access to the public park or gazebo, which is first come, first served)

We require a $200 damage deposit, which is returned after the rental if there are no damages.

We only have a few rules for using the facility:

  1. No alcohol
  2. No smoking
  3. Clean up after your event
  4. Take your trash with you

The City Clerk’s office has keys to Victory Station if you want to see inside before you decide.  Please complete the rental form and return by email, fax or USPS – or simply drop by the City Clerk’s office.  Once the form is received, your reservation is secured.  See link below for the rental/reservation form.

The security deposit and fees are exchanged for keys to the building – up to two days in advance of your event.  Once your event is over and you have cleaned up, simply drop the key into the secure payment drop box inside City Hall.
