NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3.6, OF THE BELLEVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held in person at the Belleville Planning Commission meeting on:

Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.,

At City Hall, 330 Charles St., Belleville, MI 48111

The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss an amendment to Chapter 3, Section 3.6, of the Belleville Zoning Ordinance, titled “Belleville Lake”.

All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given opportunity for public comment. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services at the meeting should contact the City Clerk’s office at least 2 days prior.
