HIGH STREET from MAIN to WEST COLUMBIA will be CLOSED, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 and POSSIBLY SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 for paving.  The intersection of CHURCH, ROYS, and HIGH Streets will also be closed on September 20th as part of the pavinig project.  Alternative routes are; Main to 3rd to Church to West Columbia, Main to 2nd to Chruch to West Columbia, Main to 5 Points to West Columbia.
